  Prefer the 25 hr service (to be able to come in at the middle of the night/or anytime im in town) But totally like the service I get from this store, Tony is fantastic. kind and friendly and welcomes everyone like family and with a smile. Recommend for all and any to be a part of this UPS family.

  I have been impressed with the customer service, and the delightful people at this location. I moved here from MI in September and never really shipped packages. I was overwhelmed when this location was very busy and I had a lot of questions! Tony walked me through how to package properly and what could and couldn’t be shipped home to my family. I felt like I was holding people up and he eased my anxiety by letting me know everyone will be taken care of and just kept smiling and calm in chaos! Post-holiday I had a lot of Amazon returns. I had waited too long and my packages really added up. I was embarrassed to bring in all of my returns and when I was apologizing to Lena, she could tell I was stressed. She smiled at me and said, “Come on. Go get all of your packages and I’ll help you get everything returned today.” I had put all of my labels in an album and she offered to read the item, I would hand it to her and we got everything where it needed to go! Truly, these were BIG stressful moments for me, with customers waiting and looking impatiently, but they treated me like I was the only customer in there. Tony and Lena should be recognized for their patience and understanding. I think their calm, kind composure is recognized by other customers too. Because they know they’re going to be treated with the very same courtesy. Cheers to Tony and Lena!

  The staff is always happy and helpful! This is a far better experience than USPS and the shipping rates are the best around for larger/heavier packages.
