- PPPrivateApr 26, 20241.0Did a hold mail. Went to pick it up (even though the time sensive mail was now useless) and was told I had nothing when I was expecting some critical mail. Less than a week later I went back and tried again for giggles and received a bucket of mail for six months...uh..... Approximately seven pieces were open and one was completely missing the contents. I raised this to the counter staff who said the facility must have damaged them. That MIGHT be true and it MIGHT be believable if I hadn't already had prior experiences of missing debit and credit cards to my box at this location. In addition, the pieces were all opened along the seam like people normally do and did not look damaged in any other way or by a machine. To their credit, they did seem alarmed at the opened and missing content mail. With that said, as noted, this current incident is not the first issue. They were nice this time though, when in the past one lady has been unprofessionally rude.
