  I gave three stars to people that went out of their way to help me. I did not deserve to be cut up like a piece of meat when I went for photocopies. I made a special trip to Staples after being placed on a waiting list and after having made an agreement to come back in two days. The man at the counter who placed me on a waiting list for copies was very social and said they might have time to help me on Saturday. He also made me two copies of one picture I brought in as a special favor which was generous even though I had many. The pictures were a sentimental attachment for me. The lady that talked to me at the counter when I returned two days later was insensitive. She went into a false narrative and said they never do “on demand” copies and I resented her false accusation. She insisted that I was there to get “on demand” services about nine or ten times and I corrected her about nine or ten times.  I felt like I was talking to a machine. Someone who waits their turn should not be accused of trying to get “on demand” services. She finally said for me to “come back tomorrow” and I told her one more time that I had been on a waiting list for two days and that we had an agreement that I could come back. She looked at the artwork I brought in and asked me about the signature on the drawings and asked me if that was my signature. I answered “no.” The statement that “YOU CAN’T HAVE THIS PRINTED IF IT IS NOT YOURS” is loaded with insinuations. I tried to explain that I’m the executor of the copyright owner’s estate. I told her this twice and it was lost on her. For an executor of an estate, photocopying a loved one’s fragile artwork for the purpose of preserving and protecting it is a legal and moral obligation. The idea that I was trying to illegally duplicate someone else’s work implies that I’m a criminal and her insinuation that I’m a criminal is slanderous. With other customers nearby, it could result in slander being spread across the territory. That Staples has rules does not give them a right to be making outrageous claims. The repeated claims that I’m trying to steal someone’s copyright and get “on demand” printing are the height of immorality.

  I went to pick up a package that was labelled FRAGILE as it has animals in it for my tank and the guy was very rough with it, turning it in all different directions even after telling him what the contents were. Very unprofessional. Will try not to have anything delivered to this location
