I use informed delivery so wondering why the scanned items were not delivered I called the post office. I learned that my driver is out sick so my mail hasn't been delivered to my box in days. I was told they're "concentrating on packages and will get some mail out today." This is unheard of in my experience with the USPS. For the price that postage has risen to recently I expect much better service than I have been receiving. This is not my first disappointment with this PO branch.
