- BHBenjamin HouleOct 11, 20251.0Nothing is ever delivered on time. Mail delivery drivers in town ignore names on mailboxes and on mail. Very lazy. Only issue is these reviews don’t get looked at by anyone who can make any changes to this. 🤷🏻♂️ privatize the postal service asap.
- JLJ LSep 2, 20251.0I would give this Post Office negative stars if I could. I went for the first time this morning to buy Duck Stamps. The guy who I believe is The Post Master was rude and unhelpful to the customer before me. The girl who did my transaction was rude. I asked her if she had anymore stamps. She said “not out here maybe in the safe.” She would not even check to see if they had anymore. I had to ask for an envelope to put my stamps in. She just got annoyed with me asking for it. I was the only customer there at that point. Not a good feel for our little town. I will drive down to Newfields Post Office. Where the are always friendly and helpful. This post office needs a good Audit.
- TTtxristzJul 18, 20251.0We had a very disappointing experience with the staff member Kim. From the moment we arrived, we were met with unwelcoming attitude and unnecessary hostility. Kim refused to expedite a passport card, and the photo she took was of poor quality, likely to cause issues during processing. When we returned later to clarify and request the expedite fee be added, we were once again met with rudeness. Kim insisted that a passport card could not be expedited. While it’s true that shipping cannot be expedited for cards, processing can, which is what we were requesting. Instead of acknowledging this, she claimed she didn’t know and dismissed the option entirely, even stating that it wouldn’t matter because the ID “wasn’t valid”, a decision that’s not hers to make. Throughout the interaction, it was clear she lacked proper knowledge of passport procedures, and her unprofessional, disrespectful behavior only made things worse. This was a frustrating and unpleasant experience, and I would strongly recommend seeking services elsewhere.
- MOMonster OwnageMar 6, 20241.0If i could i would give them NEGATIVE Stars. 1 worker specifically often is no help. I've lost packages, had packages arrive late even with warrenty. Failed to hold mail on vacation, left packages out in the rain til soaked beyon belief. And had workers knock on are glass door nearly breaking it. No ammount of complaining or being nice to the workers improves any form of customer service. I have left multiple answers on the servys they give you on the poor service. I used to recommend the company but now I often BEG sellers to use UPS or Fedex. Just to get my orders on time or in once piece. They used to help print labels too if it couldnt scan on their scanners. Now they just blow you off. Its often a fight to get decent service when i walk in. I hate being or appearing like a karen but the service really went down hill after covid.

She was no help at all and had an attitude that she didn’t want to be there and I was wasting her time by asking for help. Ended up going to a different post office that had no problem helping me. Would give zero stars for the Newmarket Post Office if I could.
