- EEEidolunNov 3, 20251.0The only thing Sam lacks more than courtesy is competence. I ended up going to the Merrimack USPS and it was a completely different experience. Staff was friendly, helpful, didn't give me attitude, or have me fill out forms I didn't need to fill out. I don't know why all the staff in Nashua are so awful.

The guy in there is so friendly, today there was a woman working there too and we were all cracking up and having a good time. It’s always quick, they’re always helpful. If it’s between this post office or the one at exit 8, pick this one every time.

This location does not have services for doing things like passports. If you need a passport done, you can go to the spring street post office location in Nashua. At this location, staff has always been kind to me. They just like to keep things moving.
