He told me to use the self service since I have too many packages and I might slow down the service….my packages are bigger and it doesn’t go in and it’s inconvenient for me to do the self service. No one walked in while I was doing the self service and he is on the phone the whole time!

I hate to leave reviews because they can end up malicious.. but this guy's social skills are horrible, I can tell he is not a good human being and hates his job.. I asked him about the price of certain stamps and he told me to Google them.. is this not your job ??? Answer questions and help the public.. I usually avoid this place at all costs to mail items but was forced too today.. whoever is this guys supervisor they need to pull him into a meeting and explain how things work... 1 thing that makes a post office successful is their revenue. After reading several reviews I have noticed a lot of similar issues.. there are lots of people in nashua who have had issues with this person.... I get it people dont want to work today and it is hard to find good help.... But something needs to be done here.. Dont fire the guy. Maybe a suspension without pay for a week would give him a better outlook on life and he would ge thankful he has a job.... Take care Jesus loves you..
