24hr self service kiosk is a lie.
Update your website. Government waste at its finest.

Easily the worst USPS in the nation. Always one person behind the counter, whether there’s one person in line or 50. Slow pace, condescending know-it-all staff. What more could you want in a postal service. Terrible and embarrassing.

Constantly delivering packages to the wrong addresses. I had one of my packages delivered to the wrong address and received a package for another tenant today. They use really annoying communal mailboxes instead of delivering to each apartment building, so they make mistakes often. Based on the reviews others have left, I doubt I will have any luck retrieving the lost package. The delivery driver was extremely rude and dismissive whenever I have attempted to talk to him.

Normally I don’t leave reviews, especially bad ones, but this one felt necessary. I’m not sure his name, but there was one staff member in particular that was EXTREMELY rude and you could tell he hates his job. Don’t get me wrong, by no means would I love working at a post office either especially around this time of year lol, but when someone treats you with kindness and respect, you should reciprocate it. Not only was he just plain rude explaining things that I had questions on, but the kicker for me was when I still very kindly told him to have a nice day and his response was just “yep.”
Hope I never have to deal with him again 😭

The worker is on his phone and there is no one inline. When I walked in and have about 15 packages. He told me to use the self service since I have too many packages and I might slow down the service….my packages are bigger and it doesn’t go in and it’s inconvenient for me to do the self service. No one walked in while I was doing the self service and he is on the phone the whole time!
