During a dispute regarding a parking space, Jeff — a significantly larger adult male — approached my mother and began yelling at her at close range. My mother is under 4’11” in height and informed him she would move her vehicle. Despite this, he continued escalating the situation and used explicit, degrading language toward her. His behavior was erratic, disproportionately aggressive, and far beyond what would be considered a normal response to a minor parking issue. When I intervened, he directed the same vulgar language at me. This entire interaction occurred in front of my 7-year-old niece and my 15-year-old son. Such conduct is entirely inappropriate for any employee, particularly one representing a government agency and serving the public. The behavior displayed was hostile, unstable, and deeply unprofessional. I trust this matter will be reviewed and addressed accordingly.

If there is any snow on the ground near the mailbox or porch, they will not deliver anything and then claim the delivery driver said they didn’t feel safe. All of the people who work here are very rude and go out of their way to make dealing with them as difficult as possible.
