The Post Office said these locations are not supposed to be accepting mail, because it is a Business, but they would never tell you that. Just be aware, its only for businesses, not personal!!!!

I just dropped off a package at the store the woman told me that I couldn't have a receipt. I said I have gotten receipts before. She stated "No you haven't we dont give receipts" I stated yes you have. She proceeded to argue with me and stated "GIRL YOU MUST BE CONFUSED"
WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT USE YOUR STORE.

We will not be using the UPS Store at 20A Northwest Blvd in Nashua again. We previously had a box shipped there a couple weeks ago with no issue. Today, we went to pick up a second package that had been delivered 2 days ago. The worker informed us it will be a $5 "holding fee" in order to take the box. I asked when this was started and she told me the owner started this "months ago" in order to cut down on people shipping packages there who did not have a mailbox at their location, and then leaving them and not picking them up. I once again told her that was not the case a couple weeks ago, nor were we leaving our package for an extended period of time (it was two days prior). I honestly think this is ridiculous and they are trying to make some extra money off people. They are listed as a UPS access point so they should be accepting packages without any hidden fees. We will be using the facilities at Staples down the road for any other needs we have.

I was in and out quickly when I dropped a package off. The employee could have been friendlier and seemed more interested in striking up a conversation with a female customer who was complaining about their poor quality tape she was using to tape up her Amazon return. The employee agreed that the tape was terrible. I am not sure why they would market poor quality products to customers. Hopefully my next visit is a bit smoother.
