Went in for 4th time because UPS online told me I must go to store. Owner again blamed me for taking so long. Again when I'd been in the store 3 x previously and given the run around. If I could give negative stars I would. Complete and utter poor ownership and management. And even now you cannot admit your staff NEVER did their job. NEVER offered me a contact. NEW policy ... BLAME the customer for you poor handling

My mail arrives late, wrong mail gets deposited in my box on a regular basis, when I asked a basic question the staff seems complacent and or unable to answer basic questions. When I asked if a supervisor or manager was on site the three employees seemed confused.
