Never said thank you, my grandmother tried giving her small talk and she would raise her eyebrows like she could care less what she had to say. Kept speaking under her breath, no eye contact, and No smile like she HATED HER JOB! I work with patients 7 days a week. I know it can be A LOT at times but one thing is, if u work with customers or patients , learn to be kind and don’t be a female dog for no reason. You never know what that person is already dealing with.
