  Terrible absolutely the worst! I first started to apply for jobs posted with Robert half through LinkedIn. After seeing a few positions on LinkedIn that fit my experience. And not getting any results or contact. I decided to make a Robert half profile, I downloaded the app. Filled out all forms. Then applied to 36+ applications through the app and Robert half website. (All of these position were office type jobs HR oriented giving my experience) Not one single time was I contact by any Robert half employee through email or phone or app messaging about these position I’ve applied for. I was how ever contacted twice about a potential warehouse labor position. In which I decline because they have plenty of posting that would fit my experiance and previous employment history. When I question Leah, about why I am being contacted about these warehouse positions, when I’ve already completed 36+ applications for other position. How come no I’m on be half of river half is following up with me about these positions. I was told those are not her jobs to fill, and that I would need to put in extra effort and research which branch and supervisor posted those positions and would have to contact them to inquiry. Which I find very unacceptable. My account profile was set up and job app were local to my area (which there system and posting of jobs all fall under the local branch admin) I asked who I need to speak with about the positions I’ve already applied for. I was told I could not be helped and I would have to figure it out myself. I was told the job market is extra limited and hard to secure employment right now. Even though out of the hundreds of positions available on there site and app, my huge chunk of 36+ applications I had plenty of opportunities for those jobs and no Robert half employees could even be bothered to help me and less I was willing to labor job in which I had zero experience for. Quite frankly I get like I was not taken seriously and wasted hours of online job applications for these positions I applied too. And NO one at river half could even give me the time of day to adequately assist me in my appropriate job search gi ring my resume and experience. I would not recommend Robert half to any one, they are nothing but idiots and no one knows anything and zero ability to even assist me, or answer any questions about the positions I e applied to. Quite frankly, anyone who is on the recruiting side of Robert half and directly works for the company should be ASHAMED OF THEIR OWN SKILLS AND WORK ETHIC. AND THE SERVICE THE PROVIDE FOR THE COMPANY OF ROBERT HALF.

Approximately a few month ago. Despite my best efforts to contact your representatives via email and phone, I have not received any response or acknowledgment to date. This lack of communication has left me in a state of uncertainty and has greatly impacted my perception of your agency's professionalism. Prompt and efficient communication is a cornerstone of any successful business relationship. It reflects not only on your agency's efficiency but also on the respect and value you place on potential clients, partners, or applicants like myself. Unfortunately, the lack of response has led me to question your agency's dedication to providing quality services and fostering a positive working environment. I understand that agencies may face periods of high demand or resource constraints, but failing to respond to inquiries altogether is highly concerning. It is my sincere hope that you will take this matter seriously and investigate the reasons behind the lack of communication, and take appropriate steps to rectify the situation. As a potential applicant, I seek transparency and professionalism from the agencies I engage with.   Quite honestly the worst agency I have ever worked for. Their employees were unresponsive, uncaring, and quiet frankly a nightmare to work with after I'd secured a position under one of their contracts. I work for one of the largest employers in NH now and refuse to work with this group.

  makes promises they cannot deliver, unreliable, argues with employers to skip the interview even if the contractor wants to have the interview
