    Very unhelpful Tried asking about the rates as mine was ounces over 50lb and worker not understand or responding. Then say check internet. Also although I offered to help with heavy package worker didn’t respond and then dropped it off scales. Couldn’t use a tape measure properly (it was a long 8 in X 7 in X 70 inch box

    Worst experience ever. My package was delivered to the wrong address. I was directed over the phone as well as on the FedEx website to file a claim. In doing so, they claimed I needed to put in my credit card information. (Why should I have to pay further for their mistake) Only to afterwards be told to contact the shipper of my package. You are the one that lost my package. Not them. I also searched for photo evidence of the package only to find, there is not one!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm out a decent amount of money. I would how they would have better service than what was received. Upset and frustrated!
