- EBElizabeth BrownJan 26, 20265.0I’m surprised by these reviews because I personally have had nothing but great experiences with Merrimack post office. Yes, I get random mail inserts but I feel as though that’s the norm everywhere. I really want to shout out Beth because I had a package that was going to be delivered late due to the snow storm. I was getting no updates on the location. I submitted a request to find my package and Beth called me personally to give me updates. She even called me during the snow storm to tell me she had the package and it would be delivered the next day. Thanks for the great customer service!

- JSJohn ShearingOct 3, 20251.0stuffs your mailbox with junkmail from local advertising then says the mailbox is full, holds your mail then returns it? wheres the logic in that? And as they hold and return my important documents they continue to stuff my mailbox full of junk advertisements so I had no idea my mail was being withheld. I only realized something was wrong after my utility bill never arrived which it typically always does on time at the end of the month. Who knows how many thousands of dollars I have lost because of this… a total failure, I should have never relied on this service.
