And as they hold and return my important documents they continue to stuff my mailbox full of junk advertisements so I had no idea my mail was being withheld. I only realized something was wrong after my utility bill never arrived which it typically always does on time at the end of the month. Who knows how many thousands of dollars I have lost because of this… a total failure, I should have never relied on this service.
