- TLTara L.Jan 23, 20265.0Our mailroom clerk is amazing! My hope is that a supervisor gets the feedback eventually. We have a PO Box. There’s one clerk who is there six days a week working customer service. He’s also the one that supports the mail, I’m not sure if that’s a different position but he’s the one we see doing it. During the holidays in conversation, we were asking if he actually got to take lunch or sorted mail the whole time. He said he was doing extra sorting during the holidays because he was worried about people getting their packages in time for Christmas. I hope this particular employee never leaves! In a quiet, professional way he’s extremely friendly and thoughtful. No matter how busy it gets, he keeps that same upbeat demeanor. Very impressive working customer service! I’ve never reviewed a USPS location before, really a review for this one employee. I hope USPS values and recognize his effort & dedication. People who live here certainly do!
