  I had a very easy experience dropping off my packages at this location! The store had a very clean and welcoming environment which was refreshing to say the least!

  I had a very frustrating experience at this location. The employee wrote my information incorrectly even though I clearly showed everything on my phone. There was no reason for the mistake — everything was right in front of her. When I came back to have it corrected, she acted annoyed and unprofessional, like she didn’t want to be there. She sighed and showed zero willingness to help, which is unacceptable for a place that is supposed to provide customer service. I understand everyone has bad days, but customers are not responsible for that. We expect basic respect and professionalism. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location.
