- EBElizabeth B5 days ago1.0Exceptionally terrible service! The most simplest of tasks seem to unnerve, distress, and irately trouble the Lady working there. If you can, help yourself and order UPS and FedEx or go to North Woodstock post office for all your postal needs.

I came in with a tracking number and a very simple question, but she refused to even look it up. She didn’t check anything, didn’t ask for details just kept saying “it’s gone”. Why even work in customer service if you’re not willing to provide any service? Zero effort, zero professionalism. She clearly just couldn’t be bothered. Disgraceful.

The lady who works at the counter has all of the customer service skills and personality of a cardboard shipping box. I would never open a PO here. Go to North Woodstock, they are much better.
