- ABAlaina BcnJul 15, 20251.0This is by far the worst post office experience I’ve ever had. The employee I spoke to was rude, dismissive, and clearly didn’t care at all about helping. I came in with a tracking number and a very simple question, but she refused to even look it up. She didn’t check anything, didn’t ask for details just kept saying “it’s gone”. Why even work in customer service if you’re not willing to provide any service? Zero effort, zero professionalism. She clearly just couldn’t be bothered. Disgraceful.

The lady who works at the counter has all of the customer service skills and personality of a cardboard shipping box. I would never open a PO here. Go to North Woodstock, they are much better.
