    Nice to have this kind of store in Keene; however, the service and expertise really swings wildly depending on when you are there and who you get. Advice changes and is inconsistent especially with computer issues. With little to no competition or options it does become difficult. All that being said, this is a solid 3 (“okay” level) location. Nothing more, but still good to have the store in town.

    Not a UPS location. Woman standing under the UPS sign did not acknowledge multiple customers for about ten minutes. Then stated they are not a UPS location and cannot process UPS packages or QR codes that give this locations address as a drop off point.
