  I love this location, I have never had a bad experience with any of the people who work there, all so nice and professional. 5 stars for everything else but 3 stars because I went there for passport photos and their printer or equipment is such low quality that the photos were so grainy and unusable. I didn't realize till I got home and was putting together the packet to send in. Luckily, I found that I was able to do everything online including taking my own selfie and that worked out great. If you do have to mail in a renewal or applying for a new passport, go to USPS, they have much better quality photos. Just did it for my kids and the pictures came out how they are suppose to. Plus, you have to mail it at USPS anyways so might as well save yourself a trip.

  Excellent service, fast & easy Amazon or other online store returns. The staff are very professional and helpful as well. This store is also in a very convenient location.

  My mother passed aways last week from stage 4 cancer. I had a lot of returns to do for her because we didn’t know she would be passing away therefore we were met at our house with all of these packages of things that we would use for her…things like her Sunday Easter outfit. I brought the stuff to ups to return and it was when they were experiencing a random outage but they were so patient with me and gave me a space to quietly do the online part of my returns. During this time a customer came in and was being very rude to them and just so unkind…yet, the store employees (i believe one was called Peter and Nico and the other two) kept calm especially as the outage ended and they did their best to maintain workflow and still let me have a moment to process. They didn’t know that the online amazon part was having me enter my mom passed away several times and i was emotionally breaking down, but they had empathy to just give me a second to process. I then told the customer who was being rude to stop treating the ups employees bad as they were doing nothing that justified being treated that way. The employees still maintained composure and helped me complete my tasks and returns. They were kind and it made a really hard day remind me why i only go to ups.
