- AGAmanda GrantJan 20, 20261.0Brian shouldn’t be allowed to speak to people. Costumer service is a skill and he was rude and nasty and not a nice welcome to the neighborhood. No surprise when I asked for a supervisor or someone else who could help he had no recourse except to lie to me and refuse to help over a simple address change which Shaun was able to do without any issue. Sad the way people speak to each other these days. I would never be so rude to someone for no reason. If you don’t like your job then find another one don’t take it out on the customers.
