- RDRaoul DukeAug 2, 20251.0Usually terrible and it wasn't always this bad. Good luck if you need to do something in a timely manner because half the time you go there and need assistance there is NOBODY working the registers and if there is then that means they will be chit chatting with some local yokel friends and you will be forced to wait in line (when there is only one or two people in front of you!) 5 or more minutes while the Postal worker at the register flaps their lips to their pals. Hillsboro Post Office also constantly "misplaces" packages and will tell you that you have nothing there to pick up when the shipper has verified that the post office does in fact have your package in their possession, so basically the only reason they can't find it is they are too lazy to look for it. So to Hillsboro Post office and all post offices in general GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER. This is absurd and unprofessional behavior from your employees and they need to do better.

I looked away for a split second and while I wasn’t looking, the person in front of me walked away. The guy behind the counter yells “Hello?!” at me. Could have been more friendly, and they always lose my packages.
