The delivery man was caught in a lie, regarding a delivery that was not made thou I was home and watching him. I've had quite a few issues with package not deliver by FedEx, UPS and the USPS. The man was lying over and over again, yelling, was visibly shaking. When he stated he would never deliver mail to my house again.i called the local office to contact the postman to come back and deliver my package. The local Post Master called and we both agreed that we would just go round and round with this. I filled out an online complaint form. After a week or more I finally receive an email that the situation would be looked into. Now it's mouths and still nothing. No communication through email or by telephone. It shows me they dont care for our local community nor take complaints seriously.
