  Worst customer service. Blonde lady gave me attitude when I asked questions about why my mail wasn’t being delivered, she provided no solutions and I left feeling even more concerned about my mail ever reaching me. I’m left with no direction on how to receive a legitimate piece of mail that is showing on my informed delivery for multiple weeks and never shows up. Every other piece of mail has arrived that was show in informed delivery except the one I need. I walked into this location at 4:45 and there were 4 employees standing behind the counter who barely lifted a finger to try and help, they just let this rude blonde employee give me an attitude and didn’t even try to help once. I had to do the research myself to find a way to put in a ticket for a missing piece of mail. Everyone could have saved themselves 5 minutes if someone had simply told me how to put in a ticket instead of choosing to be argumentative and arrogant.

  Just had a pretty negative experience with this post office. The carrier decided to leave me the famous 'missed you' pink slip when I was home during the time that they delivered my mail. My guess is that the carrier didn't want to walk up 4 flights of stairs (4th floor apartment) which is understandable. Then again, isn't that part of their job??? Anyways, I called the post office about this because what was being sent to me was actually something important that I needed. The representative, who did not state her name interrupted me while in mid sentence to tell me that the reason for the pink slip is due to ice and unsafe conditions. There are 2 stairwells to our floor. Neither one of them had ice. I tried calling back at least 4 times and nobody bothered to answer the phone. Not cool. To make matters worse, the option to redeliver has been canceled out on the pink slip so I have to drive over there and pick it up. How fun! I went early at 8:30am, because my pink slip doesn't specify the times that I can come pick up my letter. I was told that it doesn't get there until after 11:30am. Ugh! You guys are killing me. If you don't feel like walking up stairs to knock on my door, I can sympathize but do not lie and say I wasn't home. Also, please put down the time that I need to pick something up. Don't have me waste my time in driving all the way there twice because of your laziness.

  Not the place but the delivery service I have had important papers that were sent to me and returned to sender carrier said address was vacant . The house is far from vacant and has not been for the past 15 years I have been here
