- RCRyleigh ConlonSep 12, 20251.0We came to Grantham post office in the hopes of applying for passports. On their website passport walk in hours are listed as 9:30-10:15am Tuesday through Friday. At 9:30 we came and were denied claiming they did not take walk ins and to book an apt. I showed them the hours online and they said “yeah we don’t do that yet but I’ll ask”. The male went into the back to ask if anyone could help and a woman responded “no I don’t want to but thanks for asking”. Needless to say, staff is very rude and unhelpful and we will not be returning. I truly believe the employees would benefit from a professionalism in the workplace class.

Every time I have been there I am constantly impressed by how friendly the staff is. They have a lot of customers to help and I have never once seen them lose patience or be rude to anyone. I have been to a lot of post offices in the USA and this is by far the best one I have worked with.
