- KBKevin BMar 14, 20261.0Absolutely terrible. What do mean you cancelled the delivery because you “couldn’t find my address”? That sounds like an excuse, I’m sorry. It’s on my driver’s license. It’s on all my personal documents and paperwork. It’s literally a house with a mailbox next to other houses with mailboxes. My car GPS takes me to it. My phone GPS takes me to it. I had to cancel plans to go out of my way to pick up my package OR let FedEx to continue “attempting” the delivery. This is absolutely pathetic and unacceptable. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Steer clear from FedEx at all costs. Embarrassing.
- BSBob SnyderMar 12, 20261.0I had a package stolen because the driver was too lzy to bring it to my condo number instead he left it on top of the mailboxes for my condo unit. The package was stolen. I have tried to call them so they could put a note or advise the driver to deliver to my unit as they always have in the past. You cant get through to a human being. This is so annoying that big companies don't want you talking to a real live human because they are too cheap to hire people. Now there ia a package of controlled substance out there with needeles in it that someone has stolen. I hope it wasn't some kid that took it. I have called the police but you would figure they would be concerned enough to know. Guess its cheaper to pay claims than pay real humans to help you on the phone.

I had my labels prepared in advance and asked if she could print them, but she refused, saying it was a security risk. I’ve never had this issue at the Concord location. Y’all need to work on Customer Service. Going to be making a phone call the corporate about this location.
