- BBBen B.Aug 13, 20213.0They've gotten better in the last few years that I've been in Franklin, but the first few was pretty obnoxiously lacking. But this past year, despite covid chaos, the staff and etc has improved and they've been very friendly and courteous. My mail carrier is very friendly and a pretty cool guy. The indoor mail staff have off days where they're kinda short tempered, but I would be cranky too if I had to work in a building that HOT during the summer. Biggest thing I've noticed with inside staff is if you act respectful and friendly, they'll return it. So if you're getting an attitude, it's usually because you're giving one lol
