I was asked to show the tracking number which I did, but simply because I did not have my license/ID with me I was told I could not be given my package. This has also happened when my mom tried to pick up her own packages. Extremely rude and unhelpful employees.

It didn't matter, they religiously return the packages to sender like there is no reason for them to even be delivered despite paying for the delivery not only via postage, but via taxes. This would never happen if postal service was privatized.
