- KKKatherineApr 5, 20191.0I wish I could leave less than a star as that would be more accurate. I've had nothing but trouble with this office for the last several years. Packages have gone missing, incorrect mail has been delivered to me (and they refuse to pick it back up), I've had several blocks worth of (other people's) junk mail delivered when I made a complaint, and they frequently will deliver paper mail and then say they are unable to access the house to deliver packages the same day. Calling the office also goes nowhere unless you call every day as they will not call back. I've made inquiries about missing mail to be told multiple answers, and then to have some of those answers later denied. Some of the carriers are very nice, but overall the service is quite terrible.
