Unlike other post offices, they actually answer their phone and provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone. I am thankful to have a very good mailman. The old mailman who retired was also very nice.
- JPJo3 PepinJan 15, 20251.0Your epping post office cost 150.00 I mailed something on Tuesday. I paid for it be overnighter. I also asked for it be sent registered mail so a signature was required. On my receipt it's say this. I need the proof. After tracking it I saw it was delivered to mailbox no signature. There where to gift cards inside. I was scammed. I had called your 800 number. He. Said he would reach out to the local post office to try to stop the deliever. If your office had done their job properly I would have the signature. I am very upset. I will be filing a formal complaint. I will also be calling the attorney general to file a formal compliant
