All of the post office employees are very friendly and hard working people. They are some of the only good people in this town. Unlike other post offices, they actually answer their phone and provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone. I am thankful to have a very good mailman. The old mailman who retired was also very nice.

Your epping post office cost 150.00 I mailed something on Tuesday. I paid for it be overnighter. I also asked for it be sent registered mail so a signature was required. On my receipt it's say this. I need the proof. After tracking it I saw it was delivered to mailbox no signature. There where to gift cards inside. I was scammed. I had called your 800 number. He. Said he would reach out to the local post office to try to stop the deliever. If your office had done their job properly I would have the signature. I am very upset. I will be filing a formal complaint. I will also be calling the attorney general to file a formal compliant
