However, I've showed up before 8 three times this week, after 7:30am, and the Box Lobby is locked when it is supposed to open at 7am. I'm on a time crunch and need my mail there in a timely fashion once it's sorted lso this is a deep frustration for me

I had to take a dolly down with me to get my mail. I also spent a few minutes trying to get one of the boxes out of the parcel locker that they had jammed in there. This happens very often over the last several years. This is what they think of their disabled community, I guess.

They deliver our packages to different houses on completely different streets, won’t leave our packages outside our door half the time when they won’t fit in our mailbox, scan our packages as delivered when they aren’t, don’t answer their phone at the post office, say they can’t get to our mailbox when they delivered other tenants’ mail because it’s a cluster mailbox for an apartment building. The list goes on and on. This place is a joke
- CKCarol KraussJul 30, 20191.0Disaster with a certified letter- Route carrier never made an attempt to deliver a certified letter and never left a form on the door, then after 5 days left a slip in my box saying "Final Notice " (but no first or second notices) and neglected to check the box that it required a signature. Not realizing this, I checked the box to redeliver and signed the slip. But the next day, not only did the carrier not redeliver, he didn't pick up the slip or deliver any regular mail at all, which I thought was illegal. He just totally skipped me. Bottom line is that I had to take time out of my work day to go sign for it in the PO. Total waste of my time and the sender's money. Carrier needs better training and supervision! Have to say the desk clerk was polite.
