I mailed a Federal Newsletter to a client in East Kingston 3 times, each time, I called to insure the address was correct, then used another envelope and started the process over again and again and again until my client finally got it. Nothing changed-it was always the correct address. I could have run next door to deliver it myself. In such a little town, if you don't know what or where the roads are, then close down. Do not waste the public's valuable time! I also agree with one of the other reviewers and the phone service is simply deplorable. Christine
