I came to this location to mail wedding save-the-dates that had a raised magnet on the back. Because they were slightly bulky, they required additional postage and manual processing instead of going through the sorting machine which I understood and was prepared to pay for.
Instead of offering to process them with the appropriate postage or directing us to a larger post office that could assist without creating a bottleneck situation at their retail counter, we were told we would need to completely repackage every single invitation into bubble mailers. There were no other customers in the building at the time, yet no alternative solution was offered.
We later learned at another post office that all that was required was additional postage and manual processing....something that wasn't very complicated at all.
Being told to redo all of our packaging was unnecessary, misleading, and added avoidable stress during an already busy wedding season. Clear guidance or a simple referral would have made a massive difference.

On two occasions my mother has mailed me a card from Danville and it took 9 days to reach Fremont, NH… the next town over.
