He found it with the help of Kim- my route carrier. Kim is the best. She always has a smile on her face and she goes above and beyond to secure my deliveries. Thank you.

And nothing is ever done about it it would seem. The hold time to discuss with USPS is over an hour.

I was very nice and tried to explain I needed a package and he kept sighing loudly, shaking his head, making “ugggghhh” sounds and then rudely telling me he didn’t want to deal with it and couldn’t find it. After the fourth time he finally went back and found it for me. I would give this no stars if I could.
