I repeats about “ write down “ gesture until she finally gets a paper and write down to communicate with me. I want a clear communication, not short and simple. She doesn’t specific me enough. Then talk again. I got upset. It is communicate barrier. She don’t even try and i’m first customer in line. She went ahead to talk with other customer and take their mail without done with me. I want to order a renew passport and i wanted to understanding what to do.

Not only are our packages mishandled on a frequent basis, but the post master had stated he would bring certified mail/packages requiring signature to our home. Not only has he not, we are typically not notified that certified mail or anything requiring a signature would arrive until it is being returned. Today, we received a package that was thrown into the snow. The contents would have been ruined if the sender wasn’t very good about adding internal waterproof packaging. From reading other reviews, I’ve determined they clearly just play by their own rules.
