  Great customer service. I went to he concord location on fort Eddy road an Cody a employee their w super polite and helpful. Id recommend them to everyone.

  Customer service at the physical FedEx location and the employees did a fabulous job packing my antique table. BUT, it got delivered with a broken piece off the back. I paid for insurance and it was an exorbitant cost to mail. When it arrived there was damage to the table. We took pictures of the damage.I have filed two complaints and a dispute, plus a phone call. They keep asking me to submit a receipt of purchase. I told them it is a generational inherited antique table and I have no receipt. I requested a reimbursement of cost and FedEx contined to deny the request! Such bad form and customer service! I paid for the insurance and had uploaded proof of damage!!! Beyond disappointed!!! Unbelievable that such a large company can't stand by their service!
