- SMShelby MNov 1, 20255.0Easily accessible, small post office with wonderful staff. Ron in particular is so kind and helpful. He's very knowledgeable and good at his job. He knows so many of the customers and residents by name, it's really amazing. He always greets me with a smile and I've always been able to take care of what I needed at this location. They also have post office boxes here if you need a safe place for your mail to go.

Was told that "square envelope/non machinable stamps don't exist, and the butterfly stamps are extra ounce stamps"... I went on the website, found and ordered my butterfly non machine stamps. If given the choice, I will always go to the suncook office before this one.

- STShaun TAug 30, 20251.0Do not pay for 3 day priority mail. It is a scam to get your money. The excuse of weather is bs. I tracked each location and the weather in that region. Nice and sunny. The package sat for over 24 hours in one facility that is 4 hours away from destination address. But guess it has to go to one more facility before delivery now on the 7th day. Don't waste your time, money, and being stressed out. If you do and the same happens there's nothing you or anyone can do about it. Try calling customer service or anything to get answers. Yeeeaah right. That's a joke.

I go to the post office almost daily and will be changing the location I visit and driving further to encounter people who enjoy what they do. There are plenty of other professions out there beyond hating your job....its unfortunate.
