Constant lying about not being able to deliver packages due to a blocked driveway or front door. I have cameras that show they never even drove down my street. If they do deliver packages half the time they leave them in places that are exposed to the elements. I have received many packages that are soaking wet because they are too lazy to deliver orders to the front door. I have never lived in a place that had such bad service from the post office. UPS is the only good delivery service in this area. The post office should be trained by them.

My wife and I came in this morning. We arrived near the closing time, but the staff member - a young woman - gave us a form to fill out and said we had ten minutes. Fair enough. We completed the forms quickly - well within the given timeframe - but then she refused to ship our boxes. She just told us to leave and come back Monday. Obviously this employee was inexperienced and confused, but I just wish she had said she couldn't help us instead of having us complete the forms and then flip-flopping. I hope this Post Office can improve its customer service in the future.

No mail in days… when we do get it fills up my entire damn box. What happened to this American institution that they’ve sunk so low and aren’t able to complete their duties every day

So the informed delivery app got rid of the “did not receive mail piece” check box. I’ve been waiting for a letter from my son in basic training that was supposed to be delivered several days ago and now I can’t report it missing. They should call the app the informed maybe delivery app.

Getting mail delivered from the Postal Service on a daily basis has become a joke. Getting newspapers 6 days late means it is no longer news - it is old news.
