- RSRyan ScuttMar 28, 20251.0Terrible. Non-existent customer service. I called five days ago to ask about my package that hasn't moved from this location in 13 days. They took down my info and said they would call me back the next day with updates. I heard nothing. Since then I have tried to call five times and no one answers. The package still has not been scanned. I would think that employees of the US Post Office would take things more seriously and take responsibility for packages left in their care.

- MHMark HiltonJan 18, 20203.0They can't even stay open until 2:00 on Saturday. It has gotten better. It is amazing how one bad letter carrier can taint the system. Still room for improvement on Saturday hours. They should stager their lunch hours so they don't close for an hour lunch.
- JCJonathan ChaissonJan 3, 20201.0Zero communication from this Post Office. My wife and I are new home owners and after the recent snow storm we haven’t been getting any mail for the last 4 days. Come to find out we have been a “snow hold” till further notice until we remove the small amount of snow in front our mail box. Our delivery person nor anyone left a note, tag with explanation, nothing. The Post Office merely assumes you’ll eventually call asking.
