- RSRyan ScuttMar 28, 20251.0Terrible. Non-existent customer service. I called five days ago to ask about my package that hasn't moved from this location in 13 days. They took down my info and said they would call me back the next day with updates. I heard nothing. Since then I have tried to call five times and no one answers. The package still has not been scanned. I would think that employees of the US Post Office would take things more seriously and take responsibility for packages left in their care.

Come to find out we have been a “snow hold” till further notice until we remove the small amount of snow in front our mail box. Our delivery person nor anyone left a note, tag with explanation, nothing. The Post Office merely assumes you’ll eventually call asking.
