- KMKelsey MDec 19, 20251.0Lazy, rude workers. This one was in the road overnight in the rain. Ruined. If you are incapable of driving down a short driveway to deliver, HOLD the packages at the post office. Instead, they keep attempting redelivery every day, expecting something to change with my driveway, and then eventually throw it on the ground. Literally the most incompetent workers I’ve ever met. Give your staff proper vehicles, winter tires or teach them to drive. Ridiculous.

- SLShannon LJul 22, 20251.0Over the years, this has gotten worse and worse. I understand that the job sucks, but honestly - there is zero reason why the po boxes should be closed after 5 pm. People who actually work don't get a chance to check mail. On top of that, it seems that things that should have been put in the box don't get put there even if the tracking system says "delivered". In the past, they've left my old mailbox door wide open, which allowed mail and packages to get wet. They've rolled up packages that were obviously soft cover books and shoved them uncaring into my old mailbox. I've not encountered someone over the years who has said they get their mail on time, in good shape, and dropped with consideration. Some of the staff do try to be pleasant! But frankly, it seems that the rash of iffy to awful service to the community has been overshadowing any real efforts to make it better. It is not a new phenomenon that this office runs horribly, but here's hoping that will change!!!! 🤞🤞🤞
