- KCKendra CriscoNov 28, 20254.0New hampshire is very rural in some areas. The carriers in the winter have little light and are very bogged down with holiday mail. I do understand the complaints but honestly if you are unhappy with the service, you can always have the post office hold your mail and you pick it up yourself. Not all are lazy. They have a tough job. This will be my third winter here in NH. I learned my first year here, to get my shopping done by September. Less anxiety. But if I do order something during the busy season, I just pick it up myself. I think you all are doing your best and I for one appreciate you. Happy Holidays 😊

I can reach and close the door to the mail box in my truck. Ok. . So we got past that and figured this was just a Saturday stop to pick up since there is snow near the box . . And they deliver in trucks and jeeps . . .oh wait . .do we live in New Hampshire where there is snow. So then they . .yes. . They the Campton Post office decides to list our residence as vacant and sends our bills, notification and anything else back. I emailed the post master several times. . .responses .. .zero. Several of rhe people behind the counter . . No consideration for customers. Yes . .I think we are customers . . .well the people that work there don't think so. I filed a complaint in USPS website. There needs to be a management change. Bc if. IF there was a good management team . . . These issues would be addressed. When you call . Everyone there has a different reason why you have no mail. This is an absolute disaster of a postal system at this location. All you can do is laugh bc you can't make this stuff up. It is a disaster. I would like to think that it isn't a big deal . . But mail still includes things that are important to people's lives and this place has no regard for their customers. Oh wait. . .did I use that word again . ..I think we are just residence and in some cases they can determine you don't live there anymore. Lol
