She made it possible for 3 pkgs to be delivered this week for my family! Thank you Valerie! Otherwise, without her, bradford has absolutely terrible service. Everytime I ship to my son & daughter in law they have to physically go to the post office to get the packages! I never have a problem anywhere else in the US! I will use fedex to bradford nh from now on!

Missing mail and packages are no laughing matter. There always seems to be something more important than the customers. I will drive to another town before using this post office again.
