- EGErin GardnerJul 29, 20232.0These guys are experts at wasting other people’s time and money. Paid extra to have a special package delivered on time, got a noticed that it was undeliverable? I have no idea why, we live on a main road with a nice clear driveway and it’s the middle of summer. Got another notice that it’s available for pick up at the post office. Immediately drove down to grab it, feeling relieved that I would have it in time. Nope! Just kidding. They put it back on the truck. Never got a notice that it’s no longer available to pick up. So now it’s back to useless. Best part, when I said, “oh no, it’s for a birthday and I need it to get it now”, she said “Oh” and turned around and walked away. Nothing quite like that heartwarming small town service.

I sent a package to the old street name (Rte 4) a year ago and it was delivered. This year, my sent package was returned as "undeliverable". I sent it priority, so I had to pay another $7.90 to resend it. All so the mail carrier could make a point that you should have the new street name instead of the old street name, or what? It's a company that does a great volume of business, so I'm sure the carrier knew where to deliver it. Loser!
