- MRMarc RSep 1, 20231.0I wouldn't trust this office with much more than a postcard. They have lost my wife's passport in the past. And they just sent the original copy of an important legal document to Puerto Rico instead of Concord, NH. Filing yet another service request to have someone else fix yet another error while dealing with this location. Never had issues with the mail until I came under the service area of this office. I regret taking competent postal workers for granted.
