They talk to you like you’re dumb, and have smart, sarcastic remarks when you’re asking questions or needing their service. If you want a good experience at a post office, with good and efficient service, just go to a different one, don’t even try this one.

They have also opened it and it was very personal and private information from the government, my doctor or my bank. At least I received some of those papers and letters. There's times that I have been told from different offices that they sent me important mail. And I have never received the mail. And then I lose the possibility of a follow-through on information I am looking for. When I have gone into the post office, on several occasions to purchase money orders... I was told I had to come back the next day cuz it was close to closing and they have already counted the drawers for the money totals. Or that they didn't have enough money. Which to me didn't make sense cuz I was purchasing money orders with a debit card so there would have been no cash transactions. On a positive note, most of the employees, for the most part are helpful and polite.

Its really not that hard to read numbers on an envelope. Not only that, the "manager" of the place, an older guy, really had trouble comprehending that not every website allows you to place orders to a PO box, so occasionally I'd get a call from him acting all huffy and puffy about the fact that I put my personal address instead of the PO Box on an online order. I guess he doesn't order online much so he doesn't know any better but he was rude about it.
