This post office is the absolute worst. They've lost my mail multiple times. I sent a batch of post-dated checks to my landlord, who lives just three towns away, and they never made it. I mailed them on November 20, 2025. On December 5, she reached out to me asking about the rent, and I explained that I had sent the checks for the entire year as usual. But, of course, they were "lost in the mail." I then sent a single check for December, which took a full week to reach her. Fortunately, when I sent the remaining checks a few days later, they finally got to her. In another incident, a neighboring business sent a Christmas card to my store as a nice gesture. They mailed it on December 15, with a postmark of December 17, and I didn’t receive it until January 3, 2026. Keep in mind, our businesses are literally just two doors apart in the same plaza. It's absolutely ridiculous!

Always pleasant. Occasionally short staffed like every other business.

They’re fine, it’s a USPS post office. Always been as helpful as they can.

I drive a town over to come to this post office when I mail out important items. I have always received timely and friendly assistance at the counter, and from envelopes to packages everything has been delivered as promised. **But I want to give big congratulations to Wendy for being the first employee in that office to be berating, rude and unprofessional to me. Thank you Wendy for embarrassing me in front of a line of 6 people at Christmas time, after I let the 4 people prior to that pass in front of me so I could try to get the labels right. Thank you for taking my personal information and tossing it in the trash can, and telling me it “was useless”, thank you for your back talk when when I explained how I had always had assistance when labeling packages to be sent out, and your “not in here” response was classic. I wouldn’t even have an issue with rudeness if it wasn’t for the fact that you were so overly polite to older customers. You were even polite to the woman who paid with a personal check but didn’t have a license to show you, and you accepted it. For some reason- after standing in line and listening to you greet people and treat them with respect, I thought I would receive the same, but I got your combative, annoyed, dismissive treatment, and it did catch me off guard- I don't know if you caught my shaking in anger.. The atmosphere in the post office for the approximate 1/2 hr I was there was patient- and friendly, no one was pressuring you or being rude to you, and considering there was ONLY you at the counter, we customers could have been upset. I will return to this post office, for the other employees that make it run well, and do it professionally and with manners.

This is always my go to post office, even during the busy holiday season I can get in and out quickly, the front desk workers are always pleasant and even when i have 20+ packages to drop off don't make me feel like I'm a pain. Wish all post office locations were like this.
