He understands everything he’s always willing to help. I have no complaint on Richie. He’s very very diligent. However, the new crew. Lately there is horrible they’re not willing to help at all whosoever horrible customer services. This is my second time I have sent stuff to print. I don’t have any email back saying that it won’t be ready by the time I need it or I have to pick it up. They easily say to me they’re gonna give it to me the following day. I understand you’re busy, but you have to also have a good customer service. When I have clearly said on the email that I need it for the day off in certain time, I understand it might not be ready, but if you receive an email on the subject saying that you need it for certain time during the day, the least you can do is either call or reply back saying that it won’t be done. this is so professional. And very horrible customer service.
