Today had an issue with them not leaving a package that was supposed to be delivered to my home, and had to speak with a very rude woman who was unclear with her instructions and then annoyed when I asked for clarification. Really disappointing when service is usually so good.

Lazy. Just lazy. It's a small town, there aren't THAT many customers, how hard is it to do your job? The carriers/delivery staff should really go under some strict review.
