- TTTameraMay 20, 20251.0They’re started off purposely holding my mail because my address included a “ 1/2” and it wasn’t on the mail … ( they know where it belongs but stated it isn’t their problem to make sure it goes in the right box even if they do know the where it goes ) so I went down to the post office and changed my address with the 1/2 on the address change paper and put that in & changed my address with everyone & yet still my mail is now being RETURNED AND NOT EVEN HELD . What’s the issue now ? The post office website doesn’t even register the “1/2” apt number on their website , so how is that my ISSUE ?!! So how do I get my mail ??? I’m missing IMPORTANT MAIL because they’re playing petty stupid games . At this point is it because I’m black ? Like what’s the issue ? I’ve called I’ve complained I’ve went up there and basically got laughed at so what now ????

And I was told my mail would be on hold and I could pick it up today so I show up 1hr before they close and ...you guessed it...my mail isn't there. Several phone calls and 4 wasted trips to the post office later...still NO MAIL!
