- BMBrittany McClainDec 22, 20251.0unfortunately customer service at this place has gone way downhill since the original person working there retired and they put someone new in. she has absolutely no customer service skills and is extremely rude. every interaction I have had with her has been awful. she does not care if you get your packages on time or not. even if they are sitting right in front of her and you are standing there asking to pick them up. she claims it's too much work and she doesn't have time to get to it. doesn't matter that people work and only have a small window of time to be able to pick things up - she doesn't care nor will she try to help you in any way. if she hates her job so much she should not be working there. they really need someone new here that actually knows what they are doing and care about the public. it's part of the job.
