- MBMark BaughMar 15, 20222.0Do not deliver certified mail to your door, to have you sign your mail, so you have to take post office paperwork to the post office to receive your certified mail, and carrier does not come to your door for you to sign, and they stated that they did not receive a response when they came to the door, which I have proof that all they did was to put paperwork in mail box and have you to come to post office.
