- JMJ MK5 days ago1.0I normally go to this post office as it's only a few blocks from my home but the lady today was rude and gaslit me about a lost package that "disappeared" and was never scanned in the day she was working. Very disappointed. I'll travel elsewhere. I know this doesn't matter to anyone who works there but I'm hoping this helps anyone looking to go here.

It turned out that I never received any mail in my mailbox since September 2025, including my passport, which was rejected and had to be sent to my home, where I didn't want it to go. I spoke with the woman who works there, and instead of helping me, she started arguing. I asked to speak to her supervisor, and that was even worse. I just wanted my money back because they didn't deliver on their promises, and now they're telling me to wait a few days, and that's why they won't give me a refund (I need my money back). So think twice before going to that location.
