  It depends on who is helping you. I've been there twice and the clerk was rude, but my husband went yesterday and they were very friendly and helpful.

  I needed to ship some items and i was met with the the best customer service from a young lady I think her name was Amelia she was very helpful made everything a very wonderful experience ! I Will be going there whenever I need to ship again !

  Amelia is an excellent worker and everyone who is there who serviced me yesterday were all friendly and kind, provided all the answers to the questions I needed to ask, 10/10 would absolutely recommend this location over all of the others.

  I went to the store for an amazon return, i had never needed to use the services here before and i was impressed. The clerk was friendly, my transaction was completed quickly and accurately, the location was on a city bus route, I do not drive and rely on the city bus to get places, the store was clean and when I asked to use a rest room the clerk showed me right to an area I could use. I was unaware that they provided so many different services here. I will definitely b back.
