  Pretty terrible experience with RXO in their communication and generally decency. My order was delayed by 3 weeks the night before delivery and they couldn’t give me a reason why or an updated delivery time. Avoid them.

  I’ve been waiting for furniture to be delivered for nearly a month and just received a second text, once again, saying my delivery will need to be rescheduled. My delivery was supposed to be tomorrow. At this point, this is ridiculous and I cannot recommend this company to anybody because I have no idea when you will receive whatever you ordered.

  I wish you could give 0 stars, because I definitely would give this company that. I have been waiting for over 3 weeks now for my order. I ordered a california king mattress that had an adjustable bed frame with it. When RXO finally came to my house to deliver the set, the delivery drivers, which one walked up to our house smoking a cigarette, only pulled out one package, which was the mattress. My wife asked about the bed frame, the driver said thats all that was on his truck. I looked over the shipping label that was on the matteess box and it in fact said the bed frame should have been on there. I contacted the place I purchased this from, they said both packages were at RXO. RXO just called me back saying they can't find my bed frame. Now I have to go through the whole process to get my refund which will take up to 2 weeks then order another set. My question is, how disorganized must one warehouse be to lose a bed frame like they did? I guess my time and money means nothing to this company.

  This Company shouldn't even get 1 star. Delivery of my Mattress was scheduled for 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM I Took off work to take delivery. At 3:30 they said I have delivery on my way be there 22 Minutes. Then Text me saying 8 Minutes out at 5:30 they said they couldn't find the address and headed back to Omaha. I would have to reschedule. I asked what road they were on and they couldn't tell me because their English was bad. Looking at the Tracking # they were 1/2 Mile from me but went back to Omaha I would have met them to grab it off the truck but they refused to talk to me. I don't think they could read English or Speak it . (Expensive Day)

  I never had a good experience at this place. Each time it takes 4 or hours to get unloaded. They don't receive any trucks until after 9.00 am. Even after that you still have to wait until all their delivery trucks are loaded. OTR trucks aren't prioritize here. If a local truck or customers picking up furniture comes they will stop unloading you and serve them. Nice people but they need to do a better job with appointments.
